Plinths
Plinths are found in many Victorian and Traditional homes and are typically used as a base to set the door or archway casing. Plinths also function to provide a stop for your base board or floor molding as well. Plinths are made in a variety of heights and widths as needed to match your remodeling requirements or to match your existing woodwork. Our Plinths are available with either a plain front or with a rosette centered and carved in the plinth. Often the plinths match those used in the top of the door whether plain or with rosettes. Matched sets are often ordered with casing to finish off new and existing door jams.
